1.Terms & Regulations

Members who reserve and stay in the designated hotels of "HONORS" using official channels of Guangdong (International) Hotel Management Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "GDHM") can enjoy the corresponding membership benefits & privileges (such as membership discount, reward points earning and redemption, eligible night accumulation and so on. For more details please refer to the Membership Brochure).

Membership registration fee is not refundable upon membership termination. Membership benefits & privileges are not transferrable as they are exclusively provided to the members. Members of HONORS shall not share their member benefits privileges (including but not limited to discounts, gifts and offers) with any entity (including but not limited to individuals, companies, enterprises and institutions) in any way (including but not limited to selling or booking for others) for profit. Otherwise, GDHM has the right to immediately restrict their access to the membership (including but not limited to suspension or termination of membership benefits and cancellation of membership), and reserves the right to take legal actions.

Membership is permanent without annual dues. For details regarding qualifications for different tiers of membership (Silver, Golden, Platinum, Diamond, and GDHM Owner Card Membership), please refer to Join and Upgrade”;

Members who reserve and stay in hotels can earn corresponding membership reward points designated by "HONORS". For more information about reward points accumulation regarding different tiers of membership, please refer to the "Membership Benefits";

Reward points will be credited and trackable to members who reserve hotel at GDHM official website/Official WeChat 3 workdays after checkout. The reward points are valid for 2 years. Upon expiration, the reward points will be regarded as forfeited and automatically deducted;

Both members and GDHM have the right to terminate the services at any time based on actual situation. GDHM is not responsible for the interruption of services to any individual or a third party. For members who raise objections to the Terms of Service or to the subsequent changes to the Terms, or are dissatisfied with the reservation service of HONORS, they are entitled to the following rights of recourse:

  • 1、Stop using HONORS membership reservation service.
  • 2、Terminate their membership access to the reservation service.
  • 3、Notify the GDHM to terminate their membership.
  • 4、With the termination of membership, the member's access to the reservation service of HONORS will be terminated accordingly. Meanwhile GDHM will no longer assume any obligations to the member.
  • 5、If you need to restore the membership after the termination, you can apply to reclaim the membership free of charge. If necessary, you can also earn a higher tier membership as stated in the HONORS brochure.

2.Membership Tiers

The membership tiers include Silver Card, Golden Card, Platinum Card, Diamond Card and GDHM Owner Card.

Notes

Eligible night: the qualifying night stay at the hotel defined by GDHM for keeping membership status or upgrade.

Night accumulation cycle/Membership year: 12 calendar months starting from the date of HONORS membership or of the membership upgrade.

  • Upgrade time: 10 business days after checkout
  • Upgrade time: 7 business days after checkout
  • Eligible expenses for points:
    1. (1)Nightly lodging expenses at membership rates or membership discount rates (excluding special discount rates or Last-room deal rates).
    2. (2)Meal expenses at hotel restaurant (excluding restaurants not operated by the hotel) charged to the room bill, and other confirmed expenses.
    3. (3)Other expenses are not eligible for earning membership points.

Eligible night calculation

Keeping or upgrading membership status is decided by the cumulation of eligible nights.

Eligible night refers to paid night stay at the hotel. Night stays paid with vouchers, at long-term rental rates or group rates are not included.

All eligible nights are included regardless of region and price differences.
